How do you reach Les Bourdeaux?

Monflanquin is situated around fifty kilometers south-east of Bergerac, between Bordeaux and Toulouse. Coming from the north the easiest way to reach Monflanquin is to leave the highway at Cahors and follow the river the Lot westwards. In the village of Fumel you follow the signs Villeneuve sur Lot, untill you find,on the third roundabout, Monflanquin signposted.

Les Bourdeaux is situated ca. 2 kilometers south of Monflanquin on a small road between the D676 to Villeneuve sur Lot and the D253 to Savignac s/Leyze.

In Monflanquin, opposite the parking place, you take the D253 direction Savignac sur Leyze. After two kilometers, just before a turn to the left, you see on your right hand side a small road with the indications 'Les Bourdeaux', 'Calviac' and 'Maurel'; turn to the right and after 500 meters you will see on your right hand side a sign with 'Les Bourdeaux'. Turn right again (a sandy path), and you have reached Les Bourdeaux.
