Welcome at Domaine Les Bourdeaux

Then we like to welcome you in our bed & breakfast Les Bourdeaux.

Les Bourdeaux, two kilometers south of the bastide of Monflanquin in the Lot-et-Garonne, is a centuries old house that has been a farm for at least the last hundred years. The house is situated on a rock plateau and gives you a beautiful view of the medieval villages of Monflanquin and the rural surroundings. Les Bourdeaux has three spacious guestrooms, each one of them with a luxurious bathroom. We have tried to maintain as much as possible the authentic details of the house.

Promotion in 2010: stay 4 nights and the 5th night will be offered. Not valid in July and August.

Les Bourdeaux is situated on 4 hectares of private ground so there is rest and privacy. Around the house you will find the swimming pool (10 x 5 meters) with a terrace and a nice view of the valley, a chess board and a jeu-de-boules court.

When you have visited one of the local markets and you couldn't resist the beautiful french food, you can use the summer kitchen at Les Bourdeaux to prepare your own meal. At your disposal are: a big gas barbecue and a kitchen with all the necessary kitchen equipment like plates, cutlery, glasses, spices and herbs and barbecue tools. Next to the summer kitchen you will find the covered terrace with tables and chairs. We charge a small amount for using the summer kitchen.

All the rooms have an internet connection.

Les Bourdeaux has already inspired painters. The painting on the left has been made by the Belgian painter Peter Engels. The water-color on the right has been painted by the French painter Christian Graniou who has, during the summer months, a gallery in Monflanquin.
