The rooms

On Les Bourdeaux we have three guestrooms, each with its own caracteristics and we have tried to maintain as much as possible the authentic details of the house. We have deliberately chosen for spacious rooms. The beds have a length of two meters. The rooms Champagne and Fleurie have twin beds with electric adjustable head and foot. The room Sancerre has a double bed. We have named the rooms after French wines. In all the rooms you have internet acces for your laptop. On the day of arrival your room is ready at 16.00. |
| The room Sancerre is situated on ground level and can be reached directly from the inner court. In the spacious bedroom (30 m2) we have place for three guests at most. From the room and the small private terrace in front of the room you have a splendid view of the village of Monflanquin. In the luxurious bathroom with wash basin and toilet we made a big round shower exactly on the spot where there used to be a very old bread-oven. The room is accessible for wheelchairs. |

The room Champagne, on the first floor, is our most special room. The big bedroom (33 m2) with fireplace, has many authentic details and gives you a beautiful view of the surroundings. In this bedroom we can receive four guests at most. The bathroom has a shower, a corner bath, a toilet and two wash basins. By using the original terra cotta tiles again and by restoring the very old sink and fireplace, we have tried to maintain the original atmosphere of this room. The room can be reached via the staircase outside the house. |
| The room Fleurie is also situated on the first floor and has a bedroom (22 m2) with mezzanine, a lounge (14 m2) and a modern bathroom. In the bedroom that gives a nice view of the valley we can receive three guests; in the lounge we have an extra bed for a fourth guest. The room Fleurie can be reached via the staircase outside the house. |

... or, in case of bad weather, in
the living room/library for the guests. In this living room you
will find a fridge, books (in Dutch and English), information on
the surroundings and a television set.

The swimming pool (10 x 5 meter) has an adjacent terrace and can be used by the guests. There are lounge chairs and a parasol waiting for you. From the pool you have a beautiful view of the valley and the medieval church of Calviac. |
